For the last couple of weeks, we have been testing a our latest firmware update for the WIFIPLUG’s to steady performance, increase stability and automatically put them back online in the unlikely event that they disconnect.
The testing update period is due to close this week (27.05.16) and the update will be rolling out to you shortly afterwards.
Also in development is a new update for the WIFIPLUG POWER app. We are fully aware of the little bugs and glitches in the current WIFIPLUG POWER app so we have re-built the app from the ground up. The new updated app looks better in every aspect, is more fluid and minimises the chance of anything going wrong during the setup process of the WIFIPLUG’s and beyond.
For those of you that are still awaiting the shipping of your GLASS order please be assured that we still have your order and we will be shipping it as soon as we receive the next batch of GLASS units. Due to a supply issue, the batch has been delayed and we sincerely apologise for the wait but we thank you greatly for your patience. We will be shipping the remaining GLASS orders as soon as we receive the next batch which is due to arrive Mid May.

The GLASS is available in 3 different variants, 1, 2 and 3 Gang so you should have no problems fitting the GLASS anywhere in your house.

Yet again, WIFIPLUG is at the Ideal Home Show in London only this time, there’s a new kid on the block!
As you would expect, we have fully functional examples of the WIFIPLUG MINI and POWER but for the first time, we also have fully functional working displays of the new WIFIPLUG GLASS.
